Publisher terms

1. Eligibility

You may list only publications you own or are authorised to sell placements on, and must prove ownership when asked. Traffic and audience information must be accurate.

2. Orders

You may accept or decline any request. Once accepted, you must deliver within the agreed turnaround and keep the placement live and unchanged for the agreed period (permanent unless stated).

3. Payment

You are paid your price (less any commission shown on the order) when the buyer approves or the review period ends with a passing check. You are responsible for your own taxes.

4. Guarantee and clawback

If a completed placement is removed or materially changed during the guarantee period and not restored, the amount may be refunded to the buyer from your earnings.

5. Standards

Label sponsored content as required, follow the sponsored content policy, and do not take payment for the same order outside SellHax.
