Terms of service

1. The service

SellHax is an online marketplace operated by Ivent IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("SellHax", "we") where buyers (brands, agencies and advertisers) order placements from publishers (owners of websites, newsletters, podcasts, creator profiles and channels). We provide the marketplace, payments held in escrow, checks and tools; publishers are responsible for what they publish.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by people you invite and API keys you create. One person or business may not use multiple accounts to get around limits or reviews.

3. Orders and escrow

When you place an order, the full amount including fees is held from your balance. It is released to the publisher when you approve the placement, or automatically after the review period shown on the order if our automated check passes. If a publisher declines, does not respond in time, or a dispute is decided in your favour, the held amount is returned to your balance.

4. Fees

Fees are shown before you pay. Prices may include applicable taxes where stated. We may change fees for future orders with notice; fees on orders already placed do not change.

5. Content and disclosure

Paid placements must be clearly labelled as sponsored or advertising where the law or the publisher requires it, and links in paid placements should use rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" unless otherwise agreed. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of facts and claims they supply. Prohibited content is described in our sponsored content policy.

6. AI features

AI-generated drafts, plans and checks are suggestions. Review them before use. AI visibility results reflect an AI assistant's answer at the time it was asked and may differ for other people, times or assistants.

7. Off-platform dealing

Arranging or paying for orders outside SellHax with people you met through SellHax is not allowed and removes our protections.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misrepresent publications or traffic, or put others at risk. Balances that are legitimately yours will be returned, less any amounts owed.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for publishers' content or for changes in search rankings or AI answers.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
