Refund policy

1. Unused balance

Balance you have not spent can be withdrawn to your bank or payment account at any time. Payment provider charges for the original top-up may not be refundable.

2. Orders not delivered

If a publisher declines, doesn't respond in time, or misses the deadline by more than 2 days, the full amount including fees goes back to your balance.

3. Disputes

If a placement doesn't match the order, you can ask for a fix (up to the number of revisions shown) or open a dispute. Our team reviews the order and decides to pay the publisher, refund you, or split the amount.

4. Link guarantee

For 90 days after completion, if a placement is removed or materially changed and not restored within 7 days, you can claim a refund through a dispute.
